Thus, for example, since blackberries are known to help regulate the heartbeat and promote the healthy functioning of the heart, a juice blend containing blackberries will have the same beneficial properties.

Sparkling Fruit Blend

Deliciously cool and refreshing.


Ingredients:

  • One large orange – peeled
  • Half a mango – peeled
  • One kiwi – peeled
  • Sparkling water to taste


Method:

  1. Juice all the fruit.
  2. Blend with sparkling water.
  3. Pour over ice.
  4. Garnish with a slice of kiwi.

 

Peach Paradise

Juice with a fresh clean flavor.


Ingredients:

  • One apple - cored and with the seeds removed
  • One pear
  • Two peaches – pitted
  • Sparkling water


Method:

  1. Juice the fruit and add the sparkling water.
  2. Wet the rim of the glass and dip into sugar.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, and pour juice.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a paper umbrella

 

Breakfast Medley

Refreshing tropical flavours.


Ingredients:

  • One teaspoon aloe vera gel
  • One green apple – remove the core and seeds, but leave the skin on the fruit
  • two cups pineapple – peeled
  • One or two carrots – peeled
  • Two tablespoons coconut milk

 


Method:

  1. Juice the fruits and the carrots.
  2. Stir in the coconut milk and aloe vera
  3. Serve in a long chilled glass with breakfast.

 

 

Lemon Ginger Blast

Crisp, cool and refreshing.


Ingredients:

  • Juice of one quarter of a lemon
  • Three apples, cored and with the seeds removed
  • One slice of ginger root

 


Method:

  1. Juice the apples and the ginger together and stir in the lemon juice.
  2. Dip the dampened rim of the glass into sugar.
  3. Served over crushed ice and garnish with a slice of lemon.

 

Apple Mint Shots

Fruit juice with a kick.


Ingredients:

  • Juice of one lemon
  • Eight mint leaves
  • Six apples – cored and with the seeds removed
  • 2 shots of good quality vodka


Method:

  1. Juice the fruit and the mint leaves
  2. Blend in the vodka
  3. Chill for 15 min and serve on crushed ice
  4. garnish with lemon and mint leaves
